MediSpoon provides educational resources and guidance only.

While we aim to support effective preparation, we:
• do not guarantee specific UCAT scores
• do not guarantee interview offers or admissions outcomes

Medical school admissions decisions are made solely by universities and depend on multiple factors beyond UCAT performance.

We aim to provide continuous access to the platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:
• carry out maintenance
• update features
• temporarily suspend access for technical reasons

MediSpoon is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, MediSpoon is not liable for:
• indirect or consequential losses
• loss of data or opportunity
• outcomes related to admissions decisions

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.
