A Level Mathematics at LMSC follows the Pearson Edexcel 9MA0 specification and is taught live by specialist mathematicians in small groups, on campus in London, fully online, or hybrid. It is the single most widely required A Level for university: physics, engineering, computer science and economics degrees all ask for it.

A Level Further Mathematics at LMSC follows the Pearson Edexcel 9FM0 specification and is taught live by specialist teachers in small groups, on campus in London, fully online, or hybrid. It is a second A Level taken alongside Mathematics, and it is required for mathematics degrees at Cambridge, Imperial, Oxford and Warwick.

It is a strong third subject for psychology, geography, biology and business, and it is not a substitute for A Level Mathematics.

It is accepted as a science subject for Psychology degrees at UCL, King's, Bristol, Manchester and Leeds, and unlike Biology or Chemistry it carries no practical endorsement.

A Level Electronics at LMSC follows the WJEC Eduqas A490QS specification, the only A Level Electronics available in England. It carries a 20% coursework component that most providers cannot deliver, because it requires students to design, build and test real circuits under supervision. LMSC delivers it, on campus in London.

A Level Business at LMSC follows the new AQA 7138 specification, first taught from September 2026, and is taught live by specialist teachers in small groups, on campus in London, fully online, or hybrid. Every question on every paper is compulsory, there is no coursework and no multiple choice, and the highest mark allocations go to evaluation.

GCSE Mathematics is taught live in small, focused groups at LMSC, with every lesson recorded for flexible review. Following the Pearson Edexcel specification, the course builds strong core skills, confidence, and exam technique across number, algebra, geometry, and statistics.

How You Can Study

Same specifications, same papers, different week. Every route is taught by subject specialists and entered for the same exam series.

Part-time A-Levels

The hub for both part-time shapes, weekend and weekday evening, with entry requirements, the fee ladder and a comparison against full time.

One three-hour block per subject, Saturday or Sunday. Four blocks, so most subject combinations fit without a clash.

Two Components Most Providers Cannot Deliver

The science practical endorsement

Physics, Chemistry and Biology each carry the practical endorsement, reported separately as Pass or Not Classified. Universities including UCL, Imperial and Manchester require a pass in it.

Private candidates cannot obtain it without a centre with laboratories. How that works here.

A Level Electronics

WJEC Eduqas is the only awarding body still offering A Level Electronics in England, and its specification carries a 20% non-exam assessment in which candidates design, build and test real circuits under supervision. Eduqas states that specifications involving non-exam assessment are not available to private candidates unless they can find a centre willing to supervise, authenticate and mark it.

The college delivers that assessment as your centre. Without a centre that will, the qualification cannot be completed at all. A Level Electronics.
