Part-time and full-time study operate on different payment structures. Both hold the fee agreed at enrolment for the full academic year, and neither involves a credit check or an arrangement fee.

Part-Time Study

Part-time enrolment carries no deposit and no registration fee.
On one part-time subject the routes are £299 a month, £950 a term, or £2,690 as a single payment, a difference of £300 between the highest and lowest.

Full-time enrolment carries a £100 one-off enrolment and registration fee, together with a deposit of £250 for UK students or £500 for students based outside the UK. The deposit is non-refundable and is offset against the first instalment. The fee is the same whether a student is taught on campus, live online, or on a hybrid basis; see study options.
Worked example. Three A Levels on the annual plan is £14,985 for the year. The same three subjects paid termly or monthly is £18,000 across the year. Paying annually therefore saves £3,015 on three subjects, or £1,005 per subject.
Fees are set and invoiced in pounds sterling. Payment is accepted by bank transfer and by card. Bank charges and currency conversion costs are normally the responsibility of the payer.

Order of application: the multi-subject price first, then the payment-route discount, then any referral or sibling credit. The hardship rate is an alternative to the payment-route discount rather than an addition to it.

Terms of Enrolment
Part-time: none. The first monthly payment secures the place, and there is no separate deposit or registration fee. Full-time: a £100 one-off enrolment and registration fee, and a deposit of £250 for UK students or £500 for students based outside the UK. The deposit is non-refundable and is offset against the first instalment.
Every enrolment taken online, by telephone or by email carries a statutory fourteen-day right to cancel for any reason, with a full refund. Where a student asks the college to begin teaching within those fourteen days and subsequently cancels, only the lessons delivered are charged. The cancellation form is issued with the enrolment confirmation.
A proportionate charge applies for teaching delivered to the date of withdrawal, together with any examination entry fee already committed on the student’s behalf. There is no termination penalty and no notice period.
Entries are made for students whose account is current at the awarding body deadline of 21 February. The college makes contact well before that date where there is a difficulty. Deadlines and late fees.
Permitted without charge within the first four weeks, subject to availability. Where a carry-forward request is refused by the awarding body and the student must move to the new-endorsement rate, only the difference is charged.
A class runs with three or more students. Where a class does not reach three, students are informed before term begins and offered a full refund, an alternative subject, or a place in the January intake.
A maximum of twelve students. Where a class reaches twelve, a second group is opened rather than the cap exceeded.
Recorded and available in the lesson library. Individual missed lessons are not refunded.
The fee agreed at enrolment applies for the full academic year. Fees do not increase mid-year.
