Part-Time A Levels
Part-time study is designed for candidates who have already sat the subject and are working towards a higher grade. Teaching is three hours a week per subject, in classes of no more than twelve, delivered by a subject specialist across thirty weeks. Examination entry, a predicted grade and a UCAS reference are included. Students may take between one and four subjects.

Programme Structure
The weekend and weekday evening programmes are the same course at the same fee. Both provide ninety guided hours per subject, the same class cap, the same inclusions and the same examination entry. The choice between them is one of convenience.
Entry Requirements
Part-time study requires prior study of the subject to A Level standard. This is a substantive requirement rather than a formality.
Ninety hours represents approximately a quarter of a full A Level. It is well suited to a candidate rebuilding a grade, where the subject content is already in place and the work required is examination technique, recent timed practice and the specific topics that cost marks. It is not sufficient for a candidate beginning the subject for the first time, and applicants in that position are directed to full-time study.

The programme begins with a diagnostic assessment of the previous paper, followed by thirty weeks of targeted work and three mock examinations marked to board standard.
New to the Subject
Full-time study is appropriate.

A free assessment will establish the position.
Applicants sit a past paper under timed conditions. The recommendation follows from the script rather than from a discussion.
Aged 19 to 23 Without a Full Level 3 Qualification
A funded place may be available.
State colleges are able to fund A Level study for students in this position. Applicants are advised of this before enrolling.

Part-time enrolment carries no deposit and no registration fee. The first monthly payment secures the place.
Fees are structured per subject: £2,990 for the first, £2,700 for the second and £2,500 for each subject thereafter. The payment discount is then applied to the combined total. A science requiring a new laboratory block is charged at £3,650, then £3,300, then £3,100 on the same pattern.
