Two Routes
One-Year Accelerated

What the UCAT Coaching Covers
The UCAT changed in 2025: Abstract Reasoning was removed, leaving Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Reasoning and the Situational Judgement Test. BMAT has been discontinued entirely, so for most applicants the UCAT is now the only admissions test in play.
Coaching is timed practice under test conditions from the outset, because the UCAT is a speed test as much as a reasoning test. Sessions cover question-type strategy, the arithmetic shortcuts that make Quantitative Reasoning survivable in the time available, and the specific judgement conventions the Situational Judgement Test rewards.
We do not publish a score improvement figure. Nobody can honestly attribute a UCAT score to a course, and any provider quoting one is quoting a self-selected sample.
Choosing Subjects and Boards for a Medicine Application
Chemistry is required by essentially every medical school; Biology is required or strongly preferred by most. The third subject is genuinely open, and Mathematics, Physics and Psychology are all common.
On boards, we teach medicine applicants on the domestic specifications, AQA or OCR, rather than international qualifications. There are three reasons and they stack. Resit policies at medical schools are stricter than elsewhere. Offers are often worded around a single sitting, which interacts awkwardly with staged assessment. And several schools require candidates to "pass the practical element" without defining it precisely, which is a poor thing to be uncertain about when a place depends on it.
Note also that Cambridge International A Levels carry no UCAS Tariff points, following the surrender of Ofqual recognition on 20 December 2024. That is harmless where an offer is expressed in grades, and unhelpful in Clearing.

Only if the booking and testing windows for this cycle are still open when you enrol, which by mid-August they usually are not. Check your UCAT status first, it determines which cycle you are realistically applying in, and everything else follows from that.
No. A UCAT score is valid for one admissions cycle only. If you sat it for a cycle you did not complete, or you are reapplying, you sit it again.
No. BMAT has been discontinued. If you are working from older guidance that mentions it, that guidance is out of date.

Several medical schools require a pass in the practical element of science A-Levels. Because the wording is not always precise, treat a Pass as necessary rather than optional. If you already hold one it carries forward and you do not repeat the practicals, see the carry-forward guide.
Personal statement review is included, as it is on every course. Structured interview preparation for MMI and panel formats is arranged individually rather than sold as a package, because the useful form of it depends entirely on which schools you are holding.

A substantial proportion of medicine applicants do not, in any given cycle, and it is worth planning for that before October rather than after. We will talk through the alternatives, reapplication, related degrees, graduate entry, as part of the application support, not as a consolation afterwards.
No. No provider can, and any that implies otherwise is describing a selection effect rather than a service.
In structure, broadly. In scale, no, it is a small college rather than a school, without the wider co-curricular programme a sixth form provides. For a student who wants a focused, adult environment that is the attraction; for one who wants school life, it is not.
For the one-year route with three science subjects, tuition is £13,000 paid in full, plus exam entry. Where you need new practical endorsements, science entries are £995 each. The fees page sets out a worked example rather than leaving you to assemble it.
If you hold a current UCAT score and are applying this cycle, immediately. If you are aiming at the following cycle, September gives you a full year including a properly prepared UCAT sitting, which is the single biggest advantage this route offers over a rushed application.
